Enrollment Guide for Undergraduate Programs for International Students at the College of International Education (Oxford Brookes College) of Chengdu University of Technology for 2025

一、学期设置

I.   Academic Calendar

成都理工大学每年分为春、秋两个学期。秋季学期一般从9月初开始至下一年的1月中旬结束，春季学期一般从2月底开始至7月中旬结束，具体日期以学校校历为准。

Each academic year at Chengdu University of Technology (CDUT) is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. The autumn semester typically starts in early September and ends in mid-January of the following year, while the spring semester generally begins in late February and concludes in mid-July. Please refer to the University's official academic calendar for specific dates.

二、项目简介

II. Program Overview

成都理工大学提供由成都理工大学和牛津布鲁克斯大学合作办学的全英文授课的来华留学本科生项目，本科生学制为4年。完成培养方案要求，通过学位论文答辩，方可取得毕业证书和本科学士学位。

CDUT offers an undergraduate program for international students in collaboration with Oxford Brookes University, with all courses taught in English. The standard length of schooling is four years. Students who meet the program's requirements and successfully defend their thesis will be awarded a graduation certificate and a bachelor's degree.

大一将开设国际基础课程，旨在培养学生英语听说读写的能力以及英国大学所要求的学术技能，如调研、学术写作、团队合作和时间管理等。在此过程中，学生需进行跟随教学进度的课前预习、课后复习，并针对疑难问题预约老师进行一对一辅导。合格完成国际基础课程后，学生将进入专业课程学习阶段。

In the first year, students will undertake an international foundation program designed to enhance their English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, as well as develop academic competencies required by UK universities, such as research, academic writing, teamwork, and time management. During this period, students are expected to engage in pre-class preparation and post-class review in line with the teaching schedule and arrange one-on-one consultations with instructors to resolve any difficulties. Upon successfully completing the foundation program, students will progress to the specialized course phase.

IV.   Eligibility Criteria

1、年满18-30周岁的非中国籍公民，高中毕业，身体健康；

1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens, aged between 18 and 30, hold a high school diploma, and be in good health;

2、语言要求：雅思学术类或UKVI 5.0，每项子技能至少5.0分。

2. Language proficiency: IELTS Academic or UKVI 5.0, with a minimum score of 5.0 in each component.

2、进入链接后，选择“注册→在线申请→选择招生类别→本科生（英文授课）”

2. Select "Create New Account → Online Application → Select an Enrollment Category → Undergraduate (taught in English)" after accessing the link.

请在网上申请时提供一下材料：

Applicants must provide the following documents online:

1、一英寸近期彩色照片（JPG, 1M）

1. One recent 1-inch color photo (JPG format, maximum 1MB)

2、一年以上有效期的护照复印件

2. A copy of a valid passport with at least one year of remaining validity

3、最高学历文凭

申请人为在校学生的，应提交所在学校出具的预计毕业证明，入学后应提交学历证明。

If the applicant is currently a student, a certificate of expected graduation issued by the school must be provided. The official diploma must be submitted after enrollment.

如果必须向公证处提交在国外获得的学历证明，如证明为非中文或英文，则需要提交证明的中文、英文的翻译件。

If an academic diploma obtained abroad needs to be notarized, the notarized document must include Chinese or English translations if the original is not in Chinese or English.

Written in Chinese or English, no fewer than 1,000 words. It shall include details about the applicant's academic or work experience, family financial status, hobbies, study plans, and post-graduation development goals.

Notes:

1、上述申请材料均需为中文或英文，中、英文以外文本需提供中文翻译件（必须是正规翻译机构进行翻译，个人翻译无效）。

1. All the above documents must be in Chinese or English. If any of them were made in any other language, a Chinese translation must be done by an accredited translation agency (and translations done by individuals are not accepted).

2、学校可根据情况要求申请者提供补充材料或对申请者进行电话/视频面试。

七、培养模式

VII.    Program Structure

入学即同时注册成都理工大学和英国牛津布鲁克斯大学的学籍，接受双方大学的管理。

Upon enrollment, students will be simultaneously registered with both Chengdu University of Technology (CDUT) and Oxford Brookes University (OBU) in the UK, and will be subject to the management of both institutions.

本科生修业年限为4年，最长修业年限为6年。若学生因学力选择降级学习，则按照原标准缴纳学费；若学生在4年修业期后仍有需要重修的课程科目，则需要按照所重修学分数缴纳相应费用。

The standard duration of undergraduate study is 4 years, with a maximum allowable study period of 6 years. If students choose to repeat a year due to academic reasons, they will be required to pay tuition at the original rate. Should students need to retake courses after the 4-year period, they will be charged additional fees based on the number of credits retaken.

来华留学生可选择“4+0或3+1”的模式，即在全程在成都理工大学就读或在成都理工大学就读三年后前往英国牛津布鲁克斯大学就读一年，前往英国就读期间按照英国牛津布鲁克斯大学标准缴纳学费。

International students in China can choose between two study models: 4+0: Complete the entire program at Chengdu University of Technology (CDUT); 3+1: Spend three years studying at CDUT, followed by one year at Oxford Brookes University (OBU) in the UK. Tuition fees for the year at OBU will be charged according to Oxford Brookes University's standard rates.

八、收费标准和奖学金

VIII.  Fees and Scholarships

工商管理专业学费为63000人民币/每人/每学年；会计学、计算机科学与技术和软件工程专业专业学费为68000人民币/每人/每学年。注册费、保险费标准按照英方在华招生收费标准执行；学校提供免费与收费两种类型的住宿标准，供来华留学生选择。

Tuition fees: Business Administration: RMB 63,000 per person per academic year; Accounting, Computer Science and Technology, and Software Engineering: RMB 68,000 per person per academic year. The registration fee and insurance premium will be charged according to the standards set by OBU for recruitment in China. Accommodation options include both free and paid choices, catering to the needs of international students in China.

学校为来校就读的来华留学本科生按800元/月标准，每年提供10个月生活补助。

International undergraduates will receive a monthly living allowance of RMB 800 for 10 months per year throughout the four-year study period.

另外来华留学生也可申请四川省及成都市政府奖学金：
