关于开展2025年成都市留学生政府奖学金评选工作的通知
各国际学生培养单位、国际学生:
接成都市教育局通知,根据《成都市留学生政府奖学金管理办法》、《成都理工大学国际学生奖学金管理办法(试行)》等相关文件规定,现启动我校2025年度成都市留学生政府奖学金评选工作,具体事宜通知如下:
一、2025年新分配奖学金名额的申请及评定
(一)奖学金名额&类型:硕士研究生2名(其中1名为候补),奖学金类型均为成都市“一带一路”留学生政府奖学金。
(二)可参评对象:2023至2024级符合申请条件的硕士研究生。
(三)评审内容:道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度、活动表现。
(四)基本申请条件如下:
1.拥有“一带一路”共建国家国籍。(可登录https://www.yidaiyilu.gov.cn/country查询自己的国家是否属于“一带一路”共建国家)
2.严格遵守中国法律法规和校纪校规,评审学年期间(2024-2025学年)内无违法违纪行为;
3.评审学年期间学业课程成绩优良,无缺考、无挂科和不及格科目;
4.无欠缴学费、住宿费、保险费等情况;
5.上一学年无休学、保留学籍或延长学制情况;
6.上一学年出勤率良好,积极参加各类活动;
7.具有本科学历或相当学历;
8.满足成都市及学校其它相关申请条件。
(五)凡属下列情况之一者,无参评资格:
1.因违反中国法律、法规受到刑事拘留、治安处罚或行政处罚者;
2.参与非法社团组织活动,非法集会、结社、传教等;
3.因违反成都理工大学校纪、校规受到学校纪律处分者;
4.散布对华不友好言论,做出对华不友好行为的;
5.恶意拖欠学费、住宿费、保险费等费用者;
6.违反校内外住宿管理规定者;
7.已超过基本修业年限者;
8.评审期间尚在休学状态者;
9.已获得其他各级政府奖学金者。
10.学校和各培养学院认定的其他情形。
(六)申请材料:(申请材料需按要求完整提交,申请材料不完整可不予受理,弄虚作假者取消参评资格。)
1.《成都市“一带一路”留学生政府奖学金申请表》;
2.护照页&居留许可页(复印件);
3.上一学段学历证明;
4.2024-2025学年课程成绩单(复印件)(如2024-2025学年期间,已修完全部学分者,则提供全部课程成绩单);
5.《国际研究生奖学金导师推荐意见表》;
6.其他支撑材料原件或扫描件,例如:参加学科竞赛证明、发表的学术论文(专著)证明、参加的科研项目、参加文体活动获奖证明、HSK证书、担任学生干部证明、志愿服务证明等。(此部分申请材料获得或参加时间应在2024-2025学年期间,即2024年9月1日-2025年8月31日,其余时段内的申请材料无效)
7.申请材料汇总清单。
二、往届获奖生的年度评审
(一)可参评对象:符合可继续参加年度评审的往届获奖学生。
(二)评审内容:道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度、活动表现。
(三)有以下情况之一者,无年度评审资格:
1.受到勒令退学或者开除学籍处分者;
2.评审期间尚处在休学期间者;
3.在校学习期间累计两次未通过年度评审者;
4.无正当理由不参加年度评审者;
5.涉嫌违法犯罪被有关部门依法依规处理者;
6.已获得其他各级政府奖学金。
7.其他学校认为应取消奖学金年度评审参评资格者。
(四)申请材料:(申请材料需按要求完整提交,申请材料不完整可不予受理,弄虚作假者取消参评资格。)
1.《成都市“一带一路”留学生政府奖学金申请表》或《成都市国际友好城市留学生政府奖学金申请表》;
2.护照页&居留许可页(复印件);
3.上一学段的学历证明;
4.《友城身份确认函》(仅针对友城奖学金年度评审者)
5.2024-2025学年课程成绩单(复印件)(如2024-2025学年期间,已修完全部学分者,则提供全部课程成绩单);
6.《国际研究生奖学金导师推荐意见表》;
7.其他支撑材料原件或扫描件,例如:参加学科竞赛证明、发表的学术论文(专著)证明、参加的科研项目、参加文体活动获奖证明、HSK证书、担任学生干部证明、志愿服务证明等。(此部分申请材料获得或参加时间应在2024-2025学年期间,即2024年9月1日-2025年8月31日,其余时段内的申请材料无效)
8.申请材料汇总清单。
(五)评审结果处理:年度评审不合格者,中止或取消继续享受奖学金资格。
三、申请时间&申请方式
(一)申请时间:2025年10月27日-11月3日18:00截止。逾期不予受理。有意参评者,务必按时提交申请材料,逾期未提交申请视为放弃参评资格。
(二)申请方式:本人自行提交申请材料至国际学生科办公室(8105),学校将按相关规定进行评审后公示。

Notice on the Selection of 2025 Chengdu Government Scholarship for International Students
To all schools/colleges and all international students,
According to the notice from the Chengdu Municipal Education Bureau and in line with the Administrative Measures for Chengdu Government Scholarship for International Students and the Administrative Measures for Chengdu University of Technology Scholarship for International Students (Trial), CDUT is now launching the selection process for the 2025 Chengdu Government Scholarship for International Students. Details are as follows:
I. Application and Evaluation of Newly Allocated Scholarship Quotas for 2025
(1) Scholarship Quota and Type: Two quotas for master’s students (including one alternate). All scholarships are of the Chengdu “Belt and Road” Government Scholarship for International Students type.
(2) Eligible Applicants: Master’s students enrolled in 2023 or 2024 who meet the application requirements.
(3) Evaluation Criteria: Moral conduct, academic performance, research and learning attitude, and participation in activities.
(4) Applicants must:
1. Be a citizen of a country along the “Belt and Road” (check via https://www.yidaiyilu.gov.cn/country).
2. Strictly abide by Chinese laws and university regulations, with no record of violations or disciplinary actions during the 2024–2025 academic year.
3. Have excellent academic performance, with no absences from exams, failed courses, or unqualified subjects during the 2024–2025 academic year.
4. Have no outstanding payments for tuition, accommodation, or insurance.
5. Have not taken a leave of absence, retained student status, or extended the study period in the previous academic year.
6. Have good attendance and actively participate in various activities in the previous academic year.
7. Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
8. Meet other relevant requirements set by Chengdu Municipality and CDUT.
(5) Applicants must not:
1. Have been subject to criminal detention, public security punishment, or administrative penalties for violating Chinese laws or regulations;
2. Participate in illegal organizations, assemblies, associations, or religious proselytizing;
3. Have received disciplinary sanctions from CDUT;
4. Make or spread unfriendly remarks or engage in unfriendly acts toward China;
5. Intentionally default on tuition, accommodation, or insurance payments;
6. Violate dormitory management regulations on or off campus;
7. Have exceeded the maximum period of study;
8. Being on leave of absence during the evaluation period;
9. Have already received other government scholarships;
10. Have other circumstances as determined by the University or relevant schools/colleges.
(6) Application Materials (Incomplete materials will not be accepted. Any falsified information will result in disqualification.)
1. Application Form for Chengdu “Belt and Road” Government Scholarship for International Students;
2. Photocopy of passport information page and residence permit page;
3. Academic Credentials from the Previous Academic Level
4. Academic transcript for the 2024–2025 academic year (if all credits have been completed, submit the full transcript);
5. Supervisor Recommendation Form for International Postgraduate Scholarship;
6. Original copies or scanned documents of supporting materials such as certificates of academic competitions, published papers or monographs, participation in research projects, awards from cultural or sports activities, HSK certificate, proof of student leadership, or volunteer service certificates. (All supporting materials must be obtained between September 1, 2024 and August 31, 2025. Materials obtained outside this period are invalid.)

II. Annual Evaluation for Previous Scholarship Recipients
(1) Eligible Applicants: Previous scholarship recipients who are eligible to continue with annual evaluation.
(2) Evaluation Criteria: Moral conduct, academic performance, research and learning attitude, and participation in activities.
(3) Applicants will be disqualified from annual evaluation under any of the following circumstances:
1. Having been expelled or ordered to withdraw from the University;
2. Currently on leave of absence during the evaluation period;
3. Having failed the annual review twice cumulatively;
4. Failing to participate in the annual review without proper justification;
5. Being under investigation or sanction for violations of laws or regulations;
6. Having received other government scholarships;
7. Other circumstances as determined by the University.
(4) Application Materials (Incomplete materials will not be accepted. Any falsified information will result in disqualification.)
1. Application Form for Chengdu “Belt and Road” Government Scholarship for International Students or Application Form for Chengdu Government Scholarship for International Students from Sister Cities;
2. Photocopy of passport information page and residence permit page;
3. Academic Credentials from the Previous Academic Level
4. Sister City Identity Confirmation Letter (for Sister City Scholarship applicants only);
5. Academic transcript for the 2024–2025 academic year (if all credits have been completed, submit the full transcript);
6. Supervisor Recommendation Form for International Postgraduate Scholarship;
7. Original copies or scanned documents of supporting materials such as certificates of academic competitions, published papers or monographs, participation in research projects, awards from cultural or sports activities, HSK certificate, proof of student leadership, or volunteer service certificates. (All supporting materials must be obtained between September 1, 2024 and August 31, 2025. Materials obtained outside this period are invalid.)

(5) Evaluation Results: Applicants who fail the annual evaluation will have their scholarship eligibility suspended or terminated.
III. Application Period and Procedure
(1) Application Period: October 27, 2025 – 18:00, November 3, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted. Applicants who fail to submit the materials on time will be deemed to have forfeited their eligibility.
(2) Application Procedure: Applicants must submit all application materials in person to the Office for International Students (Room 8105), College of International Education. The University will conduct evaluations and publish results in accordance with relevant regulations.
