Part 1 放假和教职工轮休时间

I.Summer vacation & faculty rotations time

（一）根据学校教学时间安排通知，2025年暑假时间从7月14日起至9月3日止。

In accordance with the notification of the school's teaching schedule，The 2025 summer vacation will start from July 14th to September 3th.

（二）教职工轮休时间

7月14日开始轮休，9月4日正式上班。暑假轮休值班时间为：每周一至周五9:00-11:00，15:00-17:00

III.School Leaving Procedures

（一）暑假期间如要离开成都市、四川省或离境的同学，都需按照学校要求填写去向登记表，并提交请假审批表。离校期间，安全自负，定期联系导师，严格按照填报时间按时返校，如因特殊原因需延迟返校的，请提前与导师和国际学生科联系。

Students who are planning to leave Chengdu City, Sichuan Province or China during the summer vacation are required to fill in the registration form and submit the leave approval form according to the requirements of the school. During the period of absence, students should be responsible for your own safety, contact your supervisor regularly, and return to school on time in strict accordance with the time of the form filled out before. If you need to delay your return to school due to special reasons, Please contact your supervisor and the International Students Office in advance.

未经报备擅自离校离境者，将按照学校管理规定进行处分，情节严重者将作退学处理。

If leave the school without prior reporting, disciplinary action will be taken in accordance with the regulations of the school, and in serious cases, the student will be withdrawn from the school.

（一）食堂Canteen

1.香樟餐厅1楼正常营业

The first floor of Xiangzhang Canteen operate as usual.

（一）校医院假期工作时间

Working Hours of the University Hospital During Vacation

暑假时间：7月14日至9月3日。

Summer vacation period: July 14 to September 3.

工作时间：工作日8:30-11:30，14:30-17:00；中医理疗科和医技科提供周末延时服务。

Working hours: 8:30am-11:30am and 14:30pm-17:00pmon workdays; the Traditional Chinese Medicine Physiotherapy Department and Medical Technology Department provide extended services on weekends.

急诊时间：非工作时间均为急诊，急诊室24小时值班，急救电话028-84078839。

（二）开诊科室Departments in Service

门诊科室：内科、外科、口腔科、妇科、眼耳鼻喉科、中医理疗科、皮肤科。因科室装修改造，口腔科自7月12日起停诊。

Outpatient departments: Internal Medicine, Surgery, Stomatology, Gynecology, Ophthalmology & Otorhinolaryngology, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Physiotherapy, and Dermatology. Due to department renovation, the Stomatology Department will be closed starting from July 12.

Inpatient Department: Due to renovation, the Inpatient Department will be closed during the summer vacation.

(一）遵守中国法律法规和校纪校规

全体国际学生应遵守中国法律法规和校纪校规。违反中国法律法规受到公安、司法部门处罚者，视其情节轻重，给予严重警告直至开除学籍处分；严禁非法打工、签证过期、酗酒闹事、校外住宿扰民等常见违法违纪行为发生。

All international students shall abide by Chinese laws and regulations as well as school rules and regulations. （二）住宿行为规范Accommodation Regulation

全体国际学生遵守学校寝室管理规定。严禁在寝室使用违规电器做饭；严禁将电瓶车推进寝室充电；外出锁好宿舍门窗，严禁夜不归宿保管好自己的贵重物品；注意用电安全，离开宿舍及时断电；不在宿舍乱拉乱接电线，不使用大功率电器，不使用劣质充电器，严防火灾。寝室不允许留宿他人。异性不得进寝。不在楼栋内大声喧哗，播放音乐影响他人休息。

All international students ought to abide by the regulations of the university's dormitory management. It is strictly forbidden to use illegal electrical appliances for cooking in the dormitory; it is strictly forbidden to push the battery car into the dormitory for charging; lock the dormitory doors and windows when you go out, and take good care of your valuables when you stay out at night; pay attention to the safety of electricity and cut off the electricity when you leave the dormitory; don't pull and connect the electric wires indiscriminately in the dormitory, and don't use the high-power electrical appliances and low-quality electric chargers.Overnight accommodations for guests are strictly forbidden in the school dormitory.The opposite sex is not allowed to enter the dormitory. 校外住宿的同学，请严格遵守中国法律法规和校纪校规，遵守社会公德，尊重中国风俗习惯。自觉接受和配合学校相关部门以及成都市公安局、出入境管理局等相关部门的安全检查。

For students staying off-campus, please strictly abide by Chinese laws and regulations and school rules, social morals, and respect Chinese customs and habits. Consciously accept and cooperate with the relevant departments of the university as well as the Chengdu Public Security Bureau, Exit-Entry Administration Bureau and other relevant departments for safety inspection.

（三）严禁非法就业&禁毒

Prohibition of illegal employment & Anti-drug

严禁非法就业，非法居留，非法入境；全体留学生须远离一切形式的毒品，明确持有、种植、吸食、买卖、运输、携带毒品等涉毒行为都属于严重违法行为，均属于犯罪。

Illegal employment, illegal residence and illegal entry are strictly prohibited; all international students are required to stay away from all forms of drugs, and to make it clear that drug-related behaviors such as possessing, cultivating, smoking, buying, selling, transporting, carrying drugs, etc. are all serious violations and crimes.

（四）交通安全Traffic Safety

遵守交通法规，注意交通安全。骑行时，不载人，不逆行，要佩戴安全头盔，不超速行驶。

（五）网络安全Online Safety

增强网络安全意识。对不熟悉的网络游戏、直播、QQ 群、微信群、贴吧不接触不参与；理性表达观点，不造谣不信谣不传谣；增强金融风险防范意识，不参与各种借贷活动。

Enhance awareness of online safety. Do not be involved into unfamiliar online games, live broadcasts, QQ groups, WeChat groups and posters; express your views rationally, do not create rumors, do not believe in rumors and do not spread rumors; enhance your awareness of financial risk prevention and do not participate in various lending activities.

（六）防范电信诈骗Telecom Fraud Prevention

提高警惕，防止电信诈骗。注意保护个人信息，警惕各类电信诈骗和网络诈骗,发现有问题及时报警。

（七）严防溺水Prevent Drowning

1.不私自下水游泳。

Refrain from swimming without permission.

2.不在河边、工地水塘等区域玩耍。

Avoid playing near rivers, waterfront platforms, construction site ponds, and other similar areas.

3.不捡拾掉落河道等水域的物品或在河道边洗东西、钓鱼虾等。

Do not pick up items that have fallen into water bodies or wash items, fish, or shrimp by the riverbank.

4.不在河道、湖泊等无安全设施、无救援人员的场所戏水或游泳。

Do not swim or play in rivers, lakes, or other water bodies that lack safety facilities and rescue personnel.

5.发现同伴溺水，立即寻求成人帮助，同时可向溺水者抛救生圈、泡沫板、救生绳等,在保证自身安全下科学施救。

If you find someone drowning, seek help from an adult immediately. You can also throw the drowning person a lifebuoy, foam board, or lifeline.scientific rescue under the guarantee of own safety.

（八）防范极端天气及自然灾害

Be aware of extreme weather and natural disasters.

及时关注天气预报及自然灾害预警，避免在极端天气期间出行，避免遭遇地质灾害。

Pay attention to weather forecasts and natural disaster warnings in time, avoid traveling during extreme weather and avoid encountering geological disasters.

（九）注意饮食安全Pay attention to food safety.

切记不要购买食用“三无”食品、过期食品和来历不明的可疑食物。
