我愿意遵守中国法律、法规，现在申请校外租房居住，期间发生任何情况，愿自行承担一切责任。

I am voluntary to abide by the Chinese law and regulation. Now I apply for renting an apartment outside the university, I will be responsible for all consequences occurred during I am living out.

注意事项：

1、学生需要提交的材料：

Materials required:

（1）学生本人护照首页复印件

Copy of the first page of the student's passport

（2）学生本人居留许可和签证复印件

Copies of the residence permit or visa of the student

（3）《成都理工大学校外住宿申请表》

（4）校外住宿租房合同复印件

Copy of off-campus housing rental contract

2、在校外居住期间，遵守中国法律法规和有关规定，遵守社会公德，尊重中国风俗习惯。

follow the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and observe social norms and local customs during my stay off campus.

3、在校外居住期间，每月定期与国际教育学院老师保持信息畅通。

During the period of off-campus residence,  keep in touch with the teachers of the International students office on a regular monthly basis.

4、在校外居住期间，自觉接受和配合所在学院、国际学院、学校相关部门以及居住地公安机关等部门对校外居住地的安全检查。

During the period of off-campus residence, consciously accept and cooperate with the safety inspection of the off-campus residence by the host college, the International College, the relevant departments of the university and the public security organs of the place of residence.

5、在校外居住期间若发生任何人身伤亡、疾病、意外事故、财产损失以及违法违纪行为等，一律由本人承担一切后果或责任。

If any personal injury or death, illness, accident, property damage, or violation of law or discipline occurs during the period of off-campus residence, the student will be held responsible for all consequences or liabilities.
