Commitment to Safety by CDUT’s International Students Living Off Campus

1.本人自愿申请在校外居住，并已征得家长同意。

I request to live off campus and I have the permission of my parents.

2.本人保证在校外居住期间，遵守中国法律法规和有关规定，遵守社会公德，尊重中国风俗习惯。

I promise to follow the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and observe social norms and local customs during my stay off campus.

3.本人保证在校外居住期间遵守成都理工大学的规章制度，和邻居及他人和睦相处；努力学习，认真完成学习任务。

I promise to follow the rules and regulations of Chengdu University of Technology, be respectful of my neighbors and other people, work hard and complete all assignments in learning.

4.本人充分意识到确保个人安全的重要性，承诺本人在校外居住期间若发生任何人身伤亡、疾病、意外事故、财产损失以及违法违纪行为等，一律由本人承担一切后果或责任。

I am fully aware of the importance of personal safety, and 1 hereby state that I shall bear the consequences or responsibilities for any injuries, even deaths, diseases, accidents, property damages and violations.

5.本人保证到校外居住后，在24小时内持护照原件到居住地公安机关办理临时住宿登记手续；校外居住的住址发生变更后，在24小时内持护照原件到居住地公安机关办理临时住宿登记手续，并于10天内持新的临时住宿登记及护照向所在学院及国际合作与交流处登记办理住址变更手续.

I promise that I will go to the local police station for Temporary Residence Registration with my passport within 24 hours after I move outside of the university; and in the event of any change in my off-campus accommodation, I will go with my passport to the local police station for Temporary Residence Registration of my new residence and register such change within ten days carrying my new Temporary Residence Registration and my passport at my college and the department of International Cooperation and Exchange.

6.本人保证在校外居住期间，每月定期与国际教育学院老师保持信息畅通。

1 promise that I will Keep in touch with the teachers of the international students office on a regular basis while living off-campus..

7.本人保证在校外居住期间，自觉接受和配合所在学院、国际学院、学校相关部门以及居住地公安机关等部门对校外居住地的安全检查。

I promise that I will work with my college, the department of International Cooperation and Exchange, concerned departments of CDUT and the local police station in the security checks of my off-campus accommodation.

8.本人保证在校外不会非法打工，否则后果自负。

I promise that I will not take any part-time job or jobs, or I will bear all the responsibilities myself.
