吴晓怡（Carol），担任会计学课程主管，也是《探索经济学》、《提高个人财务意识》和《公司财务》模块的负责人。她拥有伦敦大学学院（UCL）经济学学士学位以及圣安德鲁斯大学货币银行与金融学硕士学位、斯泰福厦大学教育学硕士学位。她还获得了圣安德鲁斯大学博士学位奖学金。她持有高校教师资格证书、对外汉语教学认证证书（高级）和国际教育研究生证书。Carol拥有超过十余年的金融行业高级经理和教育领域高级教育工作者的工作经验。她的主要研究方向是微观经济学、宏观经济学和东亚社会、文化与社会环境。作为一个国际化和多元化的人，Carol 坚信内在动力是成功的原动力，她的目标是创建一个积极、包容的课堂，激励学生进一步发展。

Carol, Award Leader of the BSc Accountancy Programme and module leader of Exploring Economics, Raising Individual Financial Awareness and Corporate Finance, holds honored degrees in MSc. Money Banking and Finance with University of St. Andrews, MA Education with Staffordshire University and BSc. Economics with University College London (UCL). She is granted a scholarship in a doctoral course with University of St. Andrews. She also holds Teacher's Qualification Certificate for Colleges and Universities, Certificate of Accreditation in the Teaching Chinese as a foreign Language and Postgraduate Certificate in International Education. Carol has over 11 years of experience in the financial industry as a senior manager and in the field of education as a senior educator combined. She primarily focuses on Microeconomics, Macroeconomics and Society, Culture and Society in East Asia. As an international and diversified individual, Carol strongly believes that intrinsic motivation is the driving force to success and her goal is to create an active and embracing classroom to motivate students for further development.
