来朋朋（Helen）拥有美国国际商法硕士学位、英国国际教育研究生证书（PGCIE），目前是英国教育学博士候选人。她有中国律师执业资格，拥有超过十年的商业法和金融领域经验，曾在中国和美国的多家机构工作，积累了丰富的跨国经验。她的学术兴趣集中在跨学科教育、问题导向学习以及提升学生参与感和学习动力。除此之外，Helen还有四年的高等教育教学经验，致力于通过创新教学方法和多样化的学习方式，帮助学生在全球化背景下培养法律与商业的综合能力。她的工作致力于将学术研究与实践结合，以支持学生的全面发展。

Helen Lai holds a Master of International Business Law from the United States, a Postgraduate Certificate in International Education (PGCiE), and is currently a PhD candidate in Education in the United Kingdom. She is a qualified lawyer in China with over ten years of experience in business law and finance, having worked in both China and the United States. Her academic interests focus on interdisciplinary education, problem-based learning, and enhancing student engagement and motivation. Additionally, Helen has four years of teaching experience in higher education, where she is committed to helping students develop interdisciplinary skills, particularly in law and business, in a global context. Her work integrates academic research with practical applications, aiming to support students’ holistic development and prepare them for success in a rapidly changing world.
